SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Expedited Shipping Fees
We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
There is typically 1 (one) day of handling time prior to orders shipping. Orders placed with paid shipping are prioritized above free shipping orders, and sometimes will ship the same day they are placed depending on how early in the morning the order is placed and how busy the warehouse is. Most orders ship from our warehouse in Philadelphia, so shipping times to the East Coast will generally be faster than to the West Coast if both orders use the same shipping method. Our warehouse pushes tracking numbers when they close each night at 9:30 PM EST, which is when the shipping confirmation emails with tracking information are sent out each evening. We cannot control delays from USPS or UPS, and generally do not refund shipping costs if we have both shipped the order on time and shipped it using the correct shipping method. If an order with paid shipping is delayed due to our mistake or has the wrong shipping method purchased we are happy to provide a full refund of the shipping costs.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.
We do not ship on federal holidays.
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
